  • Sometimes in the middle of all your busyness you may need a moment of quick calm.

  • Start by closing your eyes and think about the place where you feel the most calm. Now think about what that place smells like, what things feel like there. Bring your attention to your breathing, and as you inhale for 4 seconds, inhale calmness. Then exhale for 4 seconds.

  • Continue doing this for a few minutes and notice how your body feels.
