We know that people don’t have time to sit down for hours and learn about these different areas that make people a high performer. We also know it’s not effective to ask someone to come in and talk about all the ways they didn’t achieve their goals in these domains and then try to fix them in a once per week coaching session. Instead, we built technology that helps us get to know you and get ahead of the problems and stressors that prevent high performance.

When we are able to understand you, we then deliver recommendations that only take a couple minutes to digest, or in other words micro-learn ing. These recommendations are focused on how to quickly implement, because progression doesn’t just come form learning, rather it comes from clear explanation and action. Essentially, we are giving you precise nudges each day that keep you progressing without becoming overwhelmed.

Your brain and body improve with small actions and changes, and when these actions are what you need most… you perform at your best.

We focus on the process instead of outcomes

Teams…

Usually focus on goals, outcomes, and deadlines

But we want to…

Shift the attention to the performance throughout the process

This way, we focus on…

How the job is accomplished, not just whether the job is done or not

These components define a high performer:

Consistency

We are creatures of habit. Thus, the more consistently we are doing helpful behaviors the more natural/habitual it becomes. Consistency also build resilience. We create a mindset of, “ I can figure this out.”

Awareness

The ability to use introspection and reflection to see yourself clearly, objectively, and honestly. When you can see yourself and your environment from a more extensive perspective you can see what improvement needs to be made to continue progressing.

Adaptability

We live in a world of change… so the more adaptable you are the more successful you will be. Our amygdalas (fear part of our brain) don’t welcome change, but the more we actively welcome change the more we progress. We are built to evolve and resisting that hinders us from performing at our best. In the past few years, research has been focusing more on Adaptability Quotient (AQ) as one of the most important indicators of success on the job.
