  • On weekdays, if you can't exercise in the morning or evening, block 30 minutes in the middle of your day and get outside. Even a 15 minute walk will help you significantly a few times each week.

  • Can't get outside? Walk up and down your stairs, load and empty your dishwasher. Do whatever you can in the middle of your day to move for 15 to 20 minutes.
