Quick Tips

  • Give yourself 60 seconds to take a mind break. During this time don't look at any screens, read, or do anything that requires focus.

  • Do this alone or with someone with whom you can discuss something entertaining or fun. Breathe in for 3 to 4 seconds, and exhale for a good 4 seconds.

  • Set a timer for 60 seconds to not be focused and rejuvenate. Notice the higher energy and focus you have after you do this.
