Quick Tips

  • When you have a lot going on in your mind, take one or two minutes to write down your thoughts without judgement. Just write them out. Whatever your thoughts are.

  • Get them all out and then take a moment to study your notes. Is there anything you can use? If yes, great. If not, that's okay too.

  • Taking a minute or two to write out your thoughts can help clear your mind and reduce the clutter. Helping you focus and direct your thoughts where you want them to be.
