  • Breathe in for 4 seconds, then breathe out for 4 seconds.

  • As you exhale, imagine your tension leaving through your eyes. Don't force it out or try to make it stop.

  • As you envision your stress leaving through your eyes, you'll notice you're feeling less of it in about a minute or so.

Release Through Your Eyes

Your body is powerful. It is able to release stress and from many different areas. Breathe in for 4 seconds, then breathe out for 4 seconds. As you exhale, imagine your tension leaving through your eyes. Don't force it out or try to make it stop. This may feel odd the first time you do it. But as you envision your stress leaving through your eyes, you'll notice you're feeling less of it in about a minute or so.
