  • At the start of your week, take a few minutes to focus on what you will accomplish this week. What energy do you want to bring each day? What do you need to show up with that energy?

  • Likewise at the end of your week, take a few minutes to reflect on your week with gratitude. What did you accomplish? What challenges did you overcome? What did you learn? How have you grown and made progress?

  • These few minutes can make a real difference in your productivity and the sense of accomplishment you get from your work.

Start and End each Week with Intention

At the start of your week, i.e. on Sunday night or Monday morning, take a few minutes to focus on what you will accomplish this week. What energy do you want to bring each day? What do you need to show up with that energy? Look at your schedule and determine what is reasonable. Likewise at the end of your week, take a few minutes to reflect on your week with gratitude. What did you accomplish? What challenges did you overcome? What did you learn? How have you grown and made progress? These few minutes can make a real difference in your productivity and the sense of accomplishment you get from your work. Without intention, it can be very difficult to stay focused, be creative,
and feel productive each week.
