  • Avoid working until you're exhausted. Recognize the tremendous effort you're making, and how important rest is for you to perform tomorrow.

If you get 80% of this done, you've done a great job! And you can carry the remaining 20% forward to tomorrow. Avoid working until you're exhausted. Be easy on yourself. Recognize the tremendous effort you're making, and how important rest is for you to perform tomorrow.
