Decreasing Overwhelm

Is there anything you can let go of today that doesn't need your attention? Choose one thing to let go. Just breathe in for 4 seconds and out for 4 seconds. Notice where you feel the overwhelm in your body and mind. Allow the overwhelm to go out on your exhale.
